I bought a set of two of these and a set of two wire-rimmed bifocals. I leave them all around the house, so I don’t have to carry them from room to room. The plastic frames feel more sturdy, the wire frames more flexible. That would be an important difference for anyone with a particularly big head and/or wide face. I have a thin face and both types of glasses are comfortable for me. But the plastic frame glasses seem less flexible, so if I did have a wide face, I don’t they they would be as comfortable. The metal frames, on the other hand, could easily and likely comfortably accommodate a person with a wide face.

For that price, you can’t beat them. I constantly lose pairs and, with these prices, I can afford not to worry about it too much. Only complaint is that I wish I had the option to get two black pairs, instead of the horned rims, which are okay but not crazy about the look.

These glasses are just what I was hoping for. Full frame bifocal glasses with NO correction on top and readers on the bottom.I can finally keep readers on all day and not constantly be looking for them, or saying, “Hang on… Let me grab my glasses” every time someone wants to show me something. Nor do I have to look like a little old lady peering over the top of my specs.The price was great and I received two pair. My hip 26 year old daughter told me they look good on me, just out of the blue without my asking.Lightweight, sturdy, and comfortable.

I’m far sighted, so I usually only need glasses for reading or seeing things close-up. This means I’m often sliding my glasses onto the top of my head and pulling them back down when I need to read something. This has become problematic in the age of COVID when I’m in public places like the grocery store and I don’t want to constantly touch my glasses and my face. I’ve been wearing my glasses in the store the whole time, which is awkward when walking around. My wife told me about these bifocal reading glasses and I thought I would give them a try. It makes such a difference! I can look down to read a label and then look up to see where I’m walking or what’s down the aisle. It’s taken a little getting used to, but I really like them now.

After having cataract surgery on both my eyes I now have fantastic vision for distance but need reading lenses to read anything close. Regular reading glasses are good for reading the paper, etc. but for being out and needing to see well at distances and occasionally needing to read something close; these bifocal glasses work very well. They are comfortable and I especially like the spring loaded arms. The only thing I would like to see is a pair sold both in the same color; such as 2 black pairs of bifocals.

I’m to the point where I constantly need my readers when out shopping (esp. for groceries) to see prices, ingredients, etc. and it was getting irritating taking them on & off. Went to the eye dr., thinking i’d just get some progressive bifocals, then it hit me, “I should see if i can find some bifocal readers online!” Loads cheaper!I was SO happy I found these!! I’m picky about frames too, so for the price, thought I’d give these a try (since it was free returns). I’m very happy with how they look on me. I like both the black and tortoise. Not a fan of the flat line bifocal, BUT I’m just so glad they make these.Will be getting more for me and hubby. Love, Love!

I enjoy reading while watching tv and found it difficult to pull readers down my nose to look over them to watch tv. These bifocals solve that problem for me. I keep the second pair by my computer since I don’t need readers to see the computer screen but do need them to read a document next to my keyboard. I’m pleased with the spring hinges which aren’t usually available on such reasonably priced reading glasses.
